COVENANT OF DISCIPLESHIP

The revelation of our God as demonstrated by His love for us requires a response on our part. A part of this response in the scripture was often exemplified in the making of covenants to one another. We are to be concerned for both the physical and spiritual well-being of one another, and are to encourage one another daily so that we do not turn away from the Savior. Since we bear a responsibility for each other before the Lord, we are to stimulate one another to love and good works, and are to acknowledge our needs for one another.
